My ultimate night time health tea recipe, I can not live without.

Ending my days with this tea is like therapy! I get so excited to make it and even more to sip on it in bed while winding down to sleep time. Ive learnt over the past years that rituals with scent and taste are incredibly important to my well being I highly recommend that you guys get into the habit of creating scents and rituals that match times of the day where you want to achieve certain things. Like bed time, morning or even mid day re focus! I mean just think of the trigger the scent of coffee has to your mind in the morning. You can create that for anything by making it a routine.
Here are a few of the health benefits this tea will give your body:
Ginger: Boosts Immune system, Lower Blood Sugar, Treats Nausea, serves as an anti inflammatory,
Lemon: Balances pH levels, rich source of Vitamin C, aids digestion, helps replenish salt, benefits skin and prevents wrinkles, strengthens liver
WithinUs TruMarine Collagen: improves skin health, reduction of UVB- induced skin damage, improves joint health by strengthening cartilage and joint structure, improving bone mineral density
Ingredients and Instructions
Add to 1 cup – 1 ginger and lemon tea bag for taste – I like to use Stash
Add to cup – 3 thinly sliced pieces of ginger with the skin still on
Add to cup – 2 slices of Lemon, squeeze in the lemon juice and add the lemon slice to the cup as well
Add to cup – 1 1/2 tea spoons of TruMarineCollagen
Add to cup – hot water and let it all steep for 5 minutes – I leave everything in the cup so I can keep adding hot water
Now just relax, enjoy and have a good snooze and enjoy all the benefits that come with the tea.
